- 4.Improvement: To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Services to improve user experience.
- 5.AI Training: To improve our AI models and algorithms for better pitch analysis and coaching recommendations. Your data may be used in anonymized or aggregated form for this purpose.
How We Share Your Information

- •Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (Zoho), payment processing (Stripe), and authentication services (Clerk).
- •AI Processing: Your pitch content is processed by our AI partners (Z.ai) to generate analysis and feedback. These partners are bound by confidentiality obligations and process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- •CRM & Billing (Zoho): We use Zoho CRM and Zoho Billing to manage customer relationships, subscription records, and invoicing. Your name, email, and subscription details may be stored in Zoho's systems which are hosted on servers that comply with international data protection standards.
- •Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
- •Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
